At Dirndlblau, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to make things right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (including tags and packaging).

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with no signs of wear, stains, or alterations.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie or swimwear cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1.Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2.Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.

3.Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging and include the Return Authorization slip with the return.

4.Ship the item(s) back to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a carrier that provides insurance for lost packages.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Returns: Return shipping is free for orders within the same country as the shipping destination.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the return is received safely.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
